We really liked the location—close to all the spots we needed to go. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and the place was clean and neat. As a big family, it was great to find something so affordable ($438 for two nights), which allowed us to enjoy two nights and three days in the city.

Fantastic location, close to everything in central Melbourne and a few minutes walk to Flinders St Station. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to help. For example, they helped get us a parking spot out the front to unload our luggage. The apartment is spacious and the historic building it is in is very nice. The view from our apartment was spectacular.

the room we stayed in we got to see out the window and see a lot of street art on the wall which was absolutely amazing. but also we could see the fourm which is where we had a concert Wednesday so we thought it was absolutely amazing. the room was amazing and well taken care of. there was little incident that happened and they were so polite about it which made me feel a lot more comfortable about it which was absolutely amazing.

Our room felt homey, the kids loved the mermaid dog painting on the wall, fantastic location close to trams, rod laver and plenty of food places, water pressure in shower was amazing! The staff were all so super friendly and helpful as well

The best thing about our stay was the staff. We asked for early room access (10-11am!) but they said that would be unlikely, understandably so. And on our arrival, that was the case. But just as we were finishing our checkin (and bag storage), our room became available (this was before 11am). Fantastic! And then, next morning my daughter woke up (late) with conjunctivitis and a headache; we were supposed to be out in a matter of minutes! But they said ‘no worries, take your time’! So accommodating. The second best thing about Flinders Landing is the location, especially if theatre is your attraction. So convenient, but also well situated for Fed Sq, the NGV, etc. and getting some eye drops from the chemist!

It is the perfect location to go to an event at the Rod Laver Arena and Flinders Street area. The room was nice, but a bit expensive.

It was very comfy,clean ,spacious and is in a great location! We drove down love that the Wilson Carpark is only about 80 metres away! Guests of the motel get a discounted rate. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This was the second time we have stayed there. Would stay there again 😊

We had a great stay, location was excellent, apartment was huge, we had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Separate living area and kitchen. Lovely view. Everything we needed for a longer stay of 5 nights in the city.

Great central location, nice sizeable apartment for an affordable price. Apartment included iron and laundry facilities, tea and coffee, dishwasher and fridge plus extra blankets. Was clean when we arrived, comfy lounge set up with a slightly dated but perfectly functional TV set up, and we got a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff when checking in and out. Perfect stay for our weekend into town!
